About this center
One Liberty Place Center is located in Philadelphia's most prominent and recognizable office tower in the heart of Philadelphia. It is also the tallest building in Pennsylvania and was locally famous for being the first building to break the gentlemen's agreement, which was not to exceed the 548 ft height of the William Penn statue on Philadelphia City Hall built in 1901.
Clients enjoy the use of all of the amenities such as a food court, several upscale retail stores in the Shoppes at Liberty mall on the first and second floors of the building. Adjacent to the building is the Westin hotel making it convenient for any of our clients with out of town guests. There are many 4 and 5 star restaurants within close proximity.
Philadelphia has a rich history of museums, sports teams and, of course, the famous Philadelphia Museum of Art of the "Rocky" fame. The area also includes Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, Philadelphia Racket Club and Union League of Philadelphia. Pine Valley golf club is located right over the bridge into New Jersey. Our nearest airport is Philadelphia International and we are also within a mile of Amtrak's 30th Street Station.

From the North (NJ)
Take NJ Turnpike to Exit 4. Take Rt 38 West. Follow Rt. 38 West to US 30 West. Follow US 30 West over Ben Franklin Bridge. Follow signs for Central Philadelphia- Vine Street. Turn left onto 15th Street. Turn right on to JFK Blvd. Turn left onto 17th Street. Turn left onto Market Street.
From the North (PA):
Take 95 South to I-676 West (Vine Street Expressway) to Broad Street Exit. The Broad Street Exit will take you to 15th Street. Turn left onto 15th Street. Turn right onto JFK Blvd. Turn left onto 17th Street. Turn left onto Market Street.
From the South:
Take I-95 North to I-676 West (Vine Street Expressway) following signs for Central Philadelphia. Follow I-676 West to Broad Street/15th Street Exit. Turn left onto 15th Street. Turn right onto JFK Blvd. Turn left onto 17th Street. Turn left onto Market Street.
From the West:
Take I-76 (PA Turnpike) East to I-76 (Schuylkill Expressway). Take Schuylkill Expressway (I-76) to Central Philadelphia-Vine Street Exit (exit to left). Turn right onto 15th Street. Turn right onto JFK Blvd. Turn left onto onto 17th Street. Turn left onto Market Street.
From the East (NJ):
Take Rt. 70-30 West to Ben Franklin Bridge. Follow signs to Central Philadelphia-Vine Street. Turn left onto 15th Street. Turn right onto JFK Blvd. Turn left onto 17th Street. Turn left onto Market Street.
By Public Transport:
Suburban Station is the regional rails station.
