Valley Forge/Westlakes is the most popular suburban office location in the Philadelphia Metro Area. The Westlakes Office Park in Berwyn is located in the heart of the Route 202 Technology Corridor. The nearby Paoli and Daylesford train stations have AMTRAK service to Philadelphia and New York, as well as, local service throughout the region. This location offers access to Routes I-76 and I-476 and is located just 25 miles from the Philadelphia International Airport, 35 miles from Wilmington Delaware and only 22 miles from Center City Philadelphia.

From PA Turnpike
Exit PA Turnpike at Valley Forge (Exit 326). Take Route 202 South to Route 252 South (Paoli).
After getting on Route 252, stay in right-hand lane.
At the second traffic light (Westlakes Drive) take a right.
1055 Westlakes Drive is the first building on your right-hand side.
From Route 30
At the intersection of Routes 30 and 252, go North on Route 252.
At the third light, turn left at Westlakes Drive.

From the Schuylkill Expressway (Route 76W From Center City)
As you approach the Valley Forge/King of Prussia area on west-bound Route 76, bear right and exit at Route 202 South. Follow Route 202 South to the Route 252 South (Paoli) exit. After getting on Route 252, stay in right-hand lane.
At the second traffic light (Westlakes Drive) take a right.
1055 Westlakes Drive is the first building on your right-hand side.
From Route 476 (the Blue Route)
Exit the Blue Route at the Schuylkill Expressway, Route 76 West. Follow 76 West. As you approach the Valley Forge/King of Prussia area, bear right and exit at Route 202 South. Follow Route 202 South to the Route 252 South (Paoli) exit. After getting on Route 252, stay in right-hand lane.
At the second traffic light (Westlakes Drive) take a right.
1055 Westlakes Drive is the first building on your right-hand side.
From 202 North (from points South)
Follow 202 North past Route 29.
Exit Route 202 North at Route 252 –(Chesterbrook-Paoli) exit.
At the end of the ramp take a right on to Swedesford Road.
Take an immediate left on to Westlakes Drive (across from Syms).

From 422 {Oaks)
Follow 422 to 202 South (West Chester) Exit. Follow 202 South to 252 South (Paoli) exit.
Take right at second (2nd) traffic light into Westlakes. 1055 Westlakes Drive is the first building on your right-hand side.
From Philadelphia Airport
Take 95 South from the airport until exit #7 (Route 476- The "Blue Route")
Follow Route 476 to the Schuylkill Expressway, Route 76 West. Follow 76 West.
As you approach the Valley Forge/King of Prussia area, which is the end of the Expressway, exit at Route 202 South.
Take Route 202 South to 252 South (Paoli).
After getting on Route 252, stay in right-hand lane.
At the second traffic light (Westlakes Drive) take a right.
